| Platform | Works? | Details |
|---|---|---|
| Matter | Unconfirmed | The product page doesn't mention Matter and we found no CSA listing. |
| Apple Home | Yes | The maker lists Apple HomeKit with Siri voice control; its FAQ says the controller links HomeKit to the door with no extra hardware, and remote access needs an Apple TV or HomePod as home hub.[1],[2],[3] |
| Google Home | Yes | The maker lists Google Home and Google Assistant voice control. Its FAQ says opening or closing by voice needs a security code set by the admin, and only one ismartgate can be linked.[1],[2],[3] |
| Amazon Alexa | Yes | Through the ismartgate Alexa skill, which the maker says is available only in English (US and UK), German, French, Italian and Spanish (Spain and US). Other Alexa languages relied on IFTTT, which ismartgate dropped on 1 October 2025. Only one ismartgate can be linked.[1],[2],[4] |
| SmartThings | Yes | The maker lists SmartThings for opening, closing, checking status and scenes; its FAQ says it needs the current SmartThings app, not SmartThings Classic.[1],[3] |
| Home Assistant | Yes | Home Assistant's official Gogogate2 and ismartgate integration names the ismartgate PRO and works by local polling.[5] |
“Via Matter” means you add it with that platform's Matter controller instead of a brand skill or app. “Unconfirmed” means we couldn't find an official source either way. How we verify.

- Radio: 2.4 GHz (802.11 b/g/n); the included door sensor talks to the controller over a separate 2.4 GHz RF link.
- Hub: The controller is the only box and the wireless tilt sensor pairs to it; the maker's FAQ says no extra hardware or subscription is needed to connect it to a smart home.
- Local control: Home Assistant's integration talks to it on the local network (local polling), and the maker's FAQ says you can reach it by IP from the same 2.4 GHz network. Remote access through the app needs internet.
- Type: Add-on wired to the existing opener through a relay output. The maker's US store sells the same reference (iSG-02W102) with the same specs, so this one record covers it; a North American retailer also lists an iSG-02WNA102 kit, which we haven't checked.
- Doors per unit: Three relay outputs control up to three doors or gates.
- Door position sensor: One waterproof wireless tilt sensor in the kit (two 1.5 V batteries, about 18 months); three dry-contact inputs also take wired sensors.
- Power: Universal supply, 110-240 V AC to 5 V 2 A DC. The tilt sensor runs on 2 × N-type 1.5 V batteries, rated about 18 months.
