Blink's German FAQ for the Mini 2 lists only Alexa, through the Blink SmartHome skill with live view and arming by voice. The camera plugs into a 5 V USB adapter on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and needs no Sync Module. Cloud storage (30 days in the EU) and person detection need a Blink plan; a Sync Module 2 and USB drive give local storage. Google Home, Apple Home and Home Assistant aren't confirmed.
