Ecosystem compatibility

|---|---|---|
| Matter | Unconfirmed | Aqara's US page lists Matter support only among future features, not as current support; no CSA listing was found, so left unconfirmed.[1] |
| Apple Home | Yes | Connects over HomeKit with no hub. Aqara's manual says each zone shows up as its own occupancy sensor, plus a light sensor.[1],[3] |
| Google Home | Yes | Aqara lists Google Home with no hub needed; it shows up as several separate sensors.[1],[3] |
| Amazon Alexa | Yes | Aqara lists Alexa with no hub needed; it shows up as several separate sensors.[1],[3] |
| SmartThings | Unconfirmed | Aqara's US pages do not mention SmartThings; Samsung lists a UK catalogue page for the FP2 that we did not use for the US record. |
| Home Assistant | Yes | Aqara's US page says to add it directly with Home Assistant's HomeKit Device (HomeKit Controller) integration, with no Aqara hub. Home Assistant says a device paired to Apple Home must be removed from there first.[1],[3],[4] |
“Via Matter” means you add it with that platform's Matter controller instead of a brand skill or app. “Unconfirmed” means we couldn't find an official source either way. How we verify.
