• Radio: IKEA's launch release says all three sensors are based on Zigbee. The manual lists 2405-2480 MHz but does not say Zigbee.
• Hub: Without a hub it only switches up to 10 IKEA smart lights or plugs paired to it directly. App control, remote access and wider smart-home links need a DIRIGERA hub (sold separately), the same way we treat PARASOLL and TRETAKT.
• Local control: No page seen says whether it works without internet through DIRIGERA.
• Senses: Detects movement; day or night mode, and the lights can switch off after 1 or 5 minutes. The manual gives a 60-120 degree view angle.
• Power: Two AAA (HR03) cells; IKEA recommends rechargeable LADDA, sold separately.

Before you buy

• App control and smart-home links need a DIRIGERA hub, sold separately.
• Ecosystem support is unconfirmed on IKEA pages we could read.
• Community posts describe Zigbee pairing with Home Assistant, but no official source confirms it.
