Specs that matter for setup
- Radio: The Relay in the pack joins Wi-Fi (Netatmo's Relay article, written for the Smart Thermostat, says it uses Wi-Fi to reach the Internet); the valves talk to it over a Netatmo radio link that is not in our radio list. The Wi-Fi band is not stated on the pages seen.
- Hub: The pack includes the Relay and its mains adapter, which links the valves to Wi-Fi. It is part of the kit, so no separate hub is needed.
- Local control: Netatmo pages seen do not describe local-only control. Home Assistant's integration is cloud polling.
- Controls: Netatmo says the pack fits about 90% of hot-water radiators in collective (shared) heating and suits homes without a central thermostat, up to 20 valves per installation. The box has 6 radiator adapters per valve (M30x1.5, M30x1.0, M28x1.5, Danfoss RAVL, Danfoss RA, Giacomini).
