- Amazon Alexa Via Matter
- SmartThings Unconfirmed
- Home Assistant Via Matter
The tado° Smart Radiator Thermostat X reaches Apple Home, Google Home and Alexa through Matter on Thread, and Home Assistant picks it up through its Matter integration. tado° says it does not officially support Home Assistant, though. You need a Thread border router, but it can be a HomePod mini or Apple TV 4K rather than tado°'s own Bridge X. It fits M30 × 1.5 valves, with Danfoss RA, RAV and RAVL adapters included, and runs on a rechargeable USB-C battery that tado° says lasts about a year.

| Home Assistant | Via Matter | Through Home Assistant's Matter integration, which needs a Thread border router. tado° says it does not officially support Home Assistant.[7],[8],[9] |
“Via Matter” means you add it with that platform's Matter controller instead of a brand skill or app. “Unconfirmed” means we couldn't find an official source either way. How we verify.
