|---|---|---|
| Matter | Unconfirmed | Not Matter-certified itself. SwitchBot lists it under Matter over Bridge: a SwitchBot Hub Mini Matter Enabled, Hub 2, Hub 3 or AI Hub exposes it to Matter controllers. No CSA listing for the motor found.[3] |
| Apple Home | Via SwitchBot Hub 2 | The product page says Matter and Apple HomeKit need a SwitchBot Hub 2 (sold separately); SwitchBot's Matter page also accepts a Hub Mini Matter Enabled or Hub 3. Apple Home needs a HomePod or Apple TV as home hub.[1],[3] About the SwitchBot Hub 2 (EU) |
| Google Home | Via SwitchBot hub | SwitchBot says voice control through Google Assistant needs a SwitchBot hub (sold separately) and doesn't name a model. A Matter-capable SwitchBot hub can also bridge it to Google Home over Matter.[1],[2] |
| Amazon Alexa | Via SwitchBot hub | SwitchBot says Alexa voice commands need a SwitchBot hub (sold separately) and doesn't name a model.[1],[2] |
| SmartThings | Via SwitchBot hub | SwitchBot lists SmartThings among the platforms that work through a SwitchBot hub (sold separately); no model is named.[1],[2] |
| Home Assistant | Yes | Home Assistant's official SwitchBot Bluetooth integration lists Curtain 3 and adds it as a cover. It talks to the motor directly over Bluetooth, without a SwitchBot hub or cloud; the Home Assistant host needs Bluetooth.[4] |
“Via Matter” means you add it with that platform's Matter controller instead of a brand skill or app. “Unconfirmed” means we couldn't find an official source either way. How we verify.
