With a Hue Bridge, the EU Philips Hue Smart Plug works with Apple Home, Google Home, Alexa, SmartThings and Home Assistant. Without one, you're limited to Bluetooth on/off from the Hue app. The plug joins the Bridge over Zigbee, and the Bridge also exposes it to Matter platforms; the plug has no Wi-Fi and no Matter certification of its own. It's rated 2300 W for mainland Europe, and Hue lists no energy metering.
