The US Hue Motion Sensor detects motion and reports daylight and temperature, talking to a Hue Bridge over Zigbee. The Bridge is what brings it to Apple Home, Google Home, Alexa and SmartThings. Two AAA batteries are included.

- Radio: Hue's US page (UPC 046677570972, 12NC 929003067502) lists Bluetooth and Zigbee.
- Hub: The US page says a Hue Bridge is required; it is sold separately.
- Local control: No page seen says whether the sensor works without internet.
- Senses: Hue's US page names the daylight sensor; Home Assistant's Hue docs say Hue motion sensors include temperature and light level sensors. Hue's own US spec list doesn't mention temperature.
