Aqara's Wireless Remote Switch H1 (WRS-R02) is a two-rocker Zigbee 3.0 wall remote that runs on one CR2450 cell. Each rocker takes single, double and long press, and a high-speed mode answers in about 50 ms for single clicks. Aqara says it needs an Aqara hub and lists Apple Home through it.
